PayPal (PYPL.US)      is launching a platform called PayPal World to enable digital wallet interoperability. Partners of this platform include Mercado Pago from Latin America, UPI from India and TENCENT (00700.HK)  -15.000 (-2.727%)    Short selling $1.95B; Ratio 16.927%   's Tenpay.

In the future, users holding these wallets can make international remittances or overseas purchases by simply clicking the PayPal button, without the need to create a PayPal account.
