BABA's Alibaba Cloud Pairs w/ Changan Auto to Develop Vertical Domain-specific Foundation Model

BABA-SW (09988.HK)'s Alibaba Cloud is cooperating with Changan Automobile to develop a foundation model for the automotive vertical domain, according to a Chinese media report. The foundation model is based on Alibaba Cloud's Tongyi foundation model and Bailian platform, and developed using a combination of automotive common text language and business language, with in-cabin interaction as the core of the application. It is learnt that this new technology may be equipped in Changan Automobile's upcoming Qiyuan E07, which will be the world's first mass-produced transformable vehicle, adopting the latest SDA platform architecture.
