The Service Survey Center with China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) and the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP) announced the operation status of China's manufacturing industry Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI). In April, the manufacturing PMI was 50.4, as compared with the market's expectation of 50.3, representing a decline of 0.4 ppts from March.
