The contract for supplying "XinLe" drinking water to government offices on Hong Kong Island and parts of the outlying islands was suspected to involve impersonation of a mainland manufacturer during the bidding process.

The Hong Kong government subsequently terminated the contract last Saturday, while police arrested two responsible persons from the company and are seeking a mainland man suspected of conspiracy.
