China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), General Administration of Customs (GAC) and other authorities issued a notice proposing to strictly control the export of new cars under the guise of used cars.

Starting next year, for vehicles applying for export within 180 days (inclusive) from the date of registration, local commerce authorities should guide enterprises to submit a After-Sales Service Confirmation issued by the vehicle manufacturer.
