A rare earth agreement between the US and China is likely to be reached before Thanksgiving, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent revealed.

According to last month's US-China framework agreement, the US agreed not to impose a 100% tariff on Chinese imports, while China will temporarily postpone the export restrictions on key rare earth minerals and magnets.
