After the heads of state of China and the US met in Busan, South Korea, they agreed to strengthen cooperation in economic and trade fields, Yang Fan, spokesperson for the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), stated today (27th). Invited by the American Chamber of Commerce, the CCPIT will organize a delegation of Chinese entrepreneurs to visit the US in early December. Yang mentioned that the enterprises accompanying the delegation involve a wide range of fields, including agriculture and food, machinery and electronics, financial services, cross-border trade, logistics and transportation, biomedicine, and cultural trends. The delegation will engage in extensive exchanges with various sectors of the US political and business communities, holding multiple Sino-US business exchange activities, and actively introducing new measures of China's commitment to high-quality development and high-level opening-up to the US.
