<IPO>MiniMax's Plan of HK Listing Approved by CSRC

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued a notification regarding the overseas issuance and listing record of MiniMax Group Inc., a general AI technology company. The company plans to issue no more than 33.5772 million overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the HKEX (00388.HK).

MiniMax, having recently passed the hearing of the HKEX, is a mainland large model startup company established in early 2022, headquartered in Shanghai, focusing on the R&D of general AI technology integrating text, voice, and visual multimodal fusion.
