Meta Acquires CN AI Startup Manus

Meta (META.US) has acquired Manus, a Chinese AI startup, to accelerate the integration of advanced AI technology across various platforms, according to foreign media reports. The financial terms of the acquisition, however, have not been disclosed. Manus is developing general AI agents that can independently perform tasks like research and automation as a digital worker with only minimal prompts required.
