ILUVATAR COREX (09903.HK), a company specializing in general GPU products and AI computing power solutions, has announced the details of its IPO in Hong Kong. The company plans to issue 25.4318 million H-shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% (2.5432 million shares) and the international placement for 90% (22.8886 million shares). With an offer price of HKD144.6 per share, the IPO aims to raise up to around HKD3.677 billion. The entry fee for a board lot of 100 shares will be HKD14,605.83. The IPO period starts today (30th) and ends next Monday (5th), with the listing expected next Thursday (8th). ILUVATAR COREX has introduced 18 cornerstone investors for its IPO, including ZTE (00763.HK), FOURTH PARADIGM (06682.HK), Wind Sabre, UBS AM Singapore, Qin Wan Investment, OCM, Duckling Fund, and DeepRoot Alpha.
