Nvidia (NVDA.US) denied reports that Chinese customers purchasing H200 AI chips are required to make full prepayments. The Company emphasized that it does not demand prepayments and would never ask customers to pay for products not yet received.

Previously, there were rumors that Nvidia has set unusually stringent transaction conditions for Chinese customers buying H200 chips, which not only require customers to pay the full amount at the time of order placement but also prohibit them from canceling orders, requesting refunds, or changing configurations.
