KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK) announced a proposed issuance of USD and CNY denominated senior notes. The offering of the USD notes and the offering of the CNY notes are not inter-conditional with each other. The company intends to use the net proceeds of the proposed notes issue primarily for general corporate purposes. If an unforeseen event occurs or business conditions change, it may use those net proceeds differently than as described above, subject to the applicable PRC laws and regulations.
