BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) is developing in-house humanoid robots, codenamed "Yao, Shun, and Yu", with its seventh-generation prototype undergoing on-site testing at factories in Shenzhen and Changsha, according to online hearsay. About 150 units were reportedly deployed, with a target of using 20,000 units internally within the year.
